Still no in room coffee, no valet parking, which is a problem for a gimpy senior who does not like having to drag in and out of parking structure alone. First, the rooms show their age with stained carpet and furniture, and loose tiles in bath(room 1518). Last weekend's visit was quite a step down for the once regal hotel/casino.
The Horseshoe has not come through the pandemic well.
